Amanda was determined at fault for a minor fender bender on Saturday afternoon, although there were no major injuries.
Bynes made an unsafe turn in her BMW when another car hit her around 2 PM. Drugs and alcohol were not involved and Amanda was reported to be very cooperative during an investigation.
Despite what reports are saying, this is NOT Amanda's second accident of 2008.
